From a young age, I have been captivated by the beautiful game of football. Whether it's playing on the field or watching matches, the sport has always held a special place in my heart. I enjoy the camaraderie, teamwork, and the thrill of competition that football brings.

TRIATHLONS
I have also discovered a love for triathlons, which combine swimming, cycling, and running. The challenge of pushing my physical and mental limits in these endurance events is incredibly rewarding. Training for and participating in triathlons has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of setting and achieving goals.
THE OUTDOORS
Nature is my sanctuary, and I find solace in exploring the great outdoors. Camping, hiking, and immersing myself in the beauty of nature rejuvenates my spirit. There is something magical about disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnecting with the simplicity and serenity of the natural world.
SURFING
Riding the waves is an exhilarating experience that I cherish. Surfing allows me to connect with the power of the ocean and embrace the freedom and thrill of gliding across the water. It's a constant reminder of the beauty and unpredictability of nature.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Ironman:
I am proud to have completed two full Ironman distance races in 2016 and 2017 as well as two 70.3 Ironman races in the same year. An Ironman consists of a 3.9km swim, 180km bike and a 42.2km run. An Ironman 70.3 race consists of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike and a 21km run. These grueling events test not only physical endurance but also mental fortitude. Crossing the finish line after months of training and dedication is an indescribable feeling of accomplishment. These races have taught me the importance of perseverance, resilience, and the ability to overcome challenges.
Gold Coast Marathon :
In the Gold Coast Marathon of 2023, I achieved a significant milestone by completing my first standalone marathon outside of an Ironman event. The race was a true test of my endurance and determination. Despite the physical and mental challenges, I faced, I crossed the finish line with a time of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
The experience was both painful and enlightening. The grueling miles pushed my body to its limits, causing me to confront my own weaknesses and doubts. However, with each step, I learned valuable lessons about perseverance, discipline, and mental fortitude.
The Gold Coast Marathon provided a breathtaking backdrop for this personal triumph. As I ran along the scenic course, I was inspired by the support of fellow runners and the cheering crowds. Their encouragement fueled my determination to keep pushing forward, even when my body screamed for respite.
Completing the marathon in such a commendable time was a testament to my months of dedicated training and preparation. It was a reminder that hard work and commitment can lead to remarkable achievements.
This experience has left an indelible mark on my journey as a runner. It has instilled in me a newfound confidence and a hunger for further challenges. I am grateful for the lessons learned, the pain endured, and the memories created during this unforgettable marathon.
